Who are Newlook?

Newlook is a British company that produces and sells clothing, footwear, accessories and homeware. Newlook is one of the most powerful and leading fashion shops in the UK. There are currently 467 shops in the UK, and our online shop is available in over 66 countries. In 2021, 225 million people visited the website. We're very popular, with as many as 6 million active social media followers who follow our activities.

A brief history of Newlook

Newlook was born in the UK back in 1969. Back then it all started with just one shop. In 1988 the first shop was opened in France. In 2007 we started to be borderless, namely by opening our own website and starting to sell things online. In 2014, the first Newlook shops were opened in China.

Delivery

We've made shopping more convenient for you and now you don't have to go shopping, wasting your precious time getting dressed. Newlook has a range of delivery options available for you:

1. Fast. Choose and order before 4pm and you'll have it delivered within two working days. Get free delivery on orders of £75 or more.

2. Standard. Free on orders of £40 or more. Delivery between 3 - 5 days. Royal Mail and Yodel courier services.

3. Same day delivery. Select, order and specify your delivery date, including even the next day.

4. Channel Islands. Courier services will deliver the goods to you in 4-6 working days. Get free delivery on orders of £40 or more.

5. BFPO. Royal Mail will deliver to you in 10-14 days. Free on orders of £40 or more.

Returns

If the product does not fit or you do not like it, you have 28 days to return it and get your money back.
